Once you sign up, you’ll receive access to the entire BoatKey Platform. Start building your boat, entering inventory, scheduling maintenance, adding trips etc.
Don’t worry, all of your data will be saved in our system for 6 months from the day you start your trial account. You can upgrade to a paid account at any time within the 6 months and all of your data will be available.
If you don’t renew your account, your BoatKey will enter read-only mode. This means that you will no longer be able to edit, download, or share your BoatKey with other people and companies.

No, BoatKey is web-based, so you don’t need any additional software or downloads.
If you come across a technical problem or bug, please use the Report a Bug link on the bottom left hand corner of your BoatKey dashboard.
Our team continuously reviews and prioritizes these reports and in many cases will reach out to you for more information to help track down the problem. The more specific you can be when you tell us about your problem, the quicker we are likely to troubleshoot and fix it.
